1. What services does ArkLegacy provide?
ArkLegacy Notary Group offers professional notary, apostille, authentication, and document courier services.

2. How much do your services cost?
Service fees are based on document type, destination country, and processing level.
You’ll receive a transparent quote before payment — no hidden fees.
Starting rates:
State Apostille: $195 per document
Federal Authentication: $250 per document
Embassy / Consular Legalization: $395 base (plus embassy fees)
Mobile Notary: $75 (within 15 miles)
Remote Online Notary (RON): $25 per notarization
Courier (Arkansas SOS): $100 standard / $150 urgent
All quotes include applicable government fees and USPS Priority shipping.
Upgraded shipping or translation support may be added upon request.
3. How long does the process take?
Processing times vary by agency and country:
State Apostille: 3–5 business days (excluding shipping)
Federal Authentication: 3–4 weeks
Embassy Legalization: 4–6 weeks, depending on embassy schedule
⚠️ Processing times are estimates. Delays may occur due to government closures or volume.
4. Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, all services are provided by appointment only.
You can book online through our secure scheduler or contact our office for assistance.
5. How can I prepare my documents?
Before submission:
Verify your document is properly notarized (if applicable).
Ensure names and dates are consistent across all pages.
Include any required cover sheets or supporting letters.
If unsure, contact us — we’ll review your documents before processing begins.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Stripe, and Square.
Full payment is required before any service begins.
Receipts and digital records are provided for every transaction.
7. How will I receive my completed documents?
Documents are returned via USPS Priority Mail (included).
Upgraded options like FedEx, UPS, or DHL are available at cost.
8. Are your services recognized internationally?
Yes.
ArkLegacy follows Hague Convention and U.S. Department of State protocols.
Our apostilles and authentications are valid for use in all recognized jurisdictions.
9. Can you help with translations?
Yes.
Translation services are available for foreign-language documents through certified translation partners.
Fees are billed as a pass-through cost with full transparency.
10. Do you offer rush or expedited service?
Yes.
Expedited and urgent options are available when possible, depending on agency timelines.
Availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.
11. Is ArkLegacy a law firm?
No.
ArkLegacy Notary Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Our role is administrative — we handle document authentication and notarization logistics.
