These Terms govern all payments for ArkLegacy Notary Group (“ArkLegacy,” “we,” “our”) notary, apostille, authentication, and related services. By paying, you agree to these Terms.

1. Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable, applied to your final balance.

• Deposits secure your appointment and ensure timely handling.

• Full payment required before processing or notarization.

• Payments via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized methods.

• For retainers (e.g., $500/month for 10 signings), 50% upfront, 50% post-delivery, non-refundable for reserved capacity.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds available only if no work (e.g., document review) has started, issued within 7–10 business days.

• Deposits forfeited for no-shows or <24-hour cancellations.

3. Service Limitations

• ArkLegacy provides administrative services only, not legal advice.

• Clients ensure documents meet agency/country requirements.

• Processing timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to:

• Government backlogs or closures

• Embassy/consulate limitations

• Incomplete/inaccurate documents

• ArkLegacy not liable for delays, errors in client documents, or agency issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, timely information and documentation.

• Cover additional shipping/courier fees not in our service fee.

• Communicate promptly for clarifications.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• Resolve disputes with ArkLegacy before chargebacks.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may suspend services and incur fees.

6. Governing Law

• Governed by Arkansas law, without conflict principles.

7. Updates

• We may update Terms; latest version at www.arklegacygroup.com/secure-payments-billing-policy.

• Notification of major changes via email to notary@arklegacygroup.com for request submitters.
